What to Expect

Even if you have rented a bounce house or waterslide in the past, you may have questions about how the whole process works and this page should help walk you through the steps. If you have any other questions, please give us a call at 972-660-9900 and we will be glad to help.


Step 1: Book your rental item by date or date(s). Please note that our normal party rental is for a 4 hour event. If your party starts before 10:00 am or ends after 7:00 pm, an overnight fee may be applied since we may need to deliver and pick-up on different days.


Step 2: The next business day after your online booking is made, we will give you a call to gather any relevant information about your party or event.


Step 3: A few days prior to your party or event, we will call you again to discuss the weather conditions expected and drill down all of the final details such as delivery and pickup instructions. At this point, usually within 24-48 hours of your scheduled rental, you can still cancel and receive a full refund for any reason. Please see our FAQ’s about weather cancellations, but simply put, if the weather is questionable, we will call you the day of the event and let you make the decision on whether or not to cancel. Once we deliver, there will be no refunds.


Step 4: On the day of your event we will deliver your items, you will have an awesome party, and when it’s over we will retrieve all of our items and thank you with a smile on our faces.
